We’re looking for a passionate Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and help us attract, engage, and hire the brightest minds in technology. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping our workforce by identifying top technical talent, building strong candidate pipelines, and partnering with hiring managers to deliver an exceptional recruitment experience.

This diverse role will give you the opportunity to work with various international teams in our beautiful new office in the heart of Utrecht.

What is your role?

  • You will be working on roles like: Java Engineers, Business Intelligence Specialists, Product Owners, Technology managers and many more! On average you will work on 10 roles at the time.

  • Think about and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract the best candidates on the market.

  • You will be the Recruitment expert, the person who will advise hiring managers and successfully guide the recruitment process.

  • You promote Kramp's Employer Brand at all times.

  • Ensuring up-to-date data and reports on HR processes.

  • You provide an exceptional candidate experience at all stages of the recruitment process, so that all candidates have a positive experience with Kramp.

Your team

Our team consists of 4 Talent Acquisitions Specialists based in the Netherlands. You will report to the Head of Talent Acquisition & Organizational Development.

You will work closely with your own team, the HR Business Partners, HR Connect team and the various hiring managers.

Who are you?

For this job we have a couple of requirements:  

  • You are an experienced Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist and you know how to advise our teams in setting up the right Tech recruitment profiles.

  • You have excellent stakeholder management-, communication-, and influence skills.

  • You are open-minded and have a solution-oriented mindset.

  • You have experience with a wide range of sourcing channels, including social media.

  • You are fluent in English. Any other languages? Great!

  • Experience with managing events or employer branding activities is considered an asset.
