Interim Project Manager Product Quality & Compliance

We are looking for a

Interim Project Manager Quality Excellence

What is your role?  

Your specific tasks include:  

• Develop a Total Quality Policy, Strategy & Plan for the KRAMP organisation in close cooperation with the Manager Quality & Compliance, and aligned with cross-functional stakeholders: Compliance, CSR, Category Management, Procurement, Operations, ROW sourcing organisations.
• Align with TOM Compendium, and revise / complete it were needed.
• Make an implementation roadmap with clear priorities based on risk mitigation plan.
• Support  Manager Quality & Compliance in the Total Quality Excellence journey of the department and KRAMP.
• Ambassador of the department to position the role, importance & recognition within the KRAMP organisation.
• Support the onboarding a training process of the new candidate Product Quality Process Specialist.

Who are you?  

For this job we have a couple of requirements:  

• Senior level; in Total Quality Management.
• Experiences in total quality management in a large/medium large trading organisation of technical products.
• Experience with the total quality management of a Private Band.
• Experienced manager to develop quality management policy, strategy & system from the greenfield.
• Proven track record to roll this out in a cross-functional / cultural environment.
